3 DAYS DESERT TOUR FROM MARRAKECH TO MERZOUGA

DAY 1 : MARRAKECH - ATLAS MOUNTAINS - AIT BEN HADDOU - OUARZAZATE -SKOURA - DADES VALLEY

Start our tour from Marrakech to Merzouga in the morning, your driver guide, will pick you up from your accommodation or anywhere you are in Marrakech and driver from Marrakech to Dades Gorges through high atlas mountains Tizi- N-Tichka (2260m) higher, a long the way, we will have stops to visit and take pictures for a beautiful landscapes with different colors and the Berber villages in the mid day, we will arrive to the Old Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, you will have a free time to visit the Kasbah Ait Benhaddou who has been a UNESCO World Heritage After your visit and lunch, we will continue driving to Dades Valley, we will have a stop in Ouarzazate to Visit Taourirt Kasbah Afterwards, we go further south east to the green Dades valley and the city of roses via the fascinating Skoura palmery, we will arrive to Dades Valley in the evening, Dinner and Overnight in hotel/Riad.

DAY 2 : DADES GORGES - TODRA GORGES - MERZOUGA DESERT ( TREK AND NIGHT IN DESERT CAMP)

After breakfast and shower, we will start our journey to Merzouga Sahara Desert, before we leave, we will visit Dades Gorges and will be a great opportunity to take a lovely pictures and nice view to see we will continue driving toward Tinghir Todra Gorges there you will have a free time to walk around and then we go to the Tinjdad town where we will stop for lunch, after lunch we go to Merzouga Desert where the camel trekking tours start from, we will pass through Erfoud the capital Moroccan city of fossils, we will arrive to Merzouga in the afternoon around 16:00 to be ready for the camel riding into the erg chebbi dunes, before we leave to desert, the camels will be packed with water, food, blankets and everything else which we will need for the trip, each person will have his camel, you will ride camels for 1h 30 inside the dunes of Sahara Erg Chebbi at your arrival to the camp nomad tents you will leave your luggage in the tent and then you can walk in the dunes to watch the beautiful sunset After seeing the sunset, you will go down back to the camp, you will invite with a cup of tea who we called ( Moroccan Berber Whisky )! then you will have your meal in the camp delicious moroccan berber tagine , After dinner, the party will start. Listening to local berber nomads musicians play traditional music with drums and dancing around the campfire, after the party will be great opportunity to watch the magical sky full of stars and take a lovely pictures. Dinner and overnight in nomad camp.

DAY 3 : MERZOUGA - RISSANI - DRAA VALLEY - OUARZAZATE - MARRAKECH

Early morning your Camelman guide will wake you up to watch the sunrise from the dunes and , return by camels to the Hotel after breakfast and shower then start to the huge palm grove of Tafilalet through Rissani and with draa valley arrival at Ouarzazate Free Time for lunch before Our getting back to marrakech Arrival in the evening and drop off at your riad or anywhere you want and end of our services.

3 days Marrakech, desert and Fes

DAY 1: MARRAKECH - Ait Benhaddou - OUARZAZATE - Rose valley - Dades Valley

The guide will pick you up at 08:00 am, the first day starts from Marrakech to the Dades Gorges via the Tizi-n-Tichka, Atlas pass, with far-reaching overview from the mountains, heading to the ancient High Atlas Berber villages. Then you continue to visit the UNESCO World Heritage site, then you have lunch at one of the restaurants of the Kasbahs.After you we continue the journey to Dades gorges through Skoura and rose valley. We will spend the night in a tranquil kasbah in Dades gorges.

DAY 2: DADES Valley - Todra Gorges - Sahara Desert - Merzouga.

The day starts with breakfast, our team will drive you from Dades gorges to Erg chebbi directing to desert at Merzouga. Berber villages are distributed alongside the way. We will go through Todra Gorges, Tenghir, Tinjdad, Jorf and Erfoud in which well feel the beginning of the Saharan oasis of Tafilalet. Then we continue driving to a Hotel in Merzouga, after relaxing a few minutes you will take some of your luggage in a small bag (just the necessary for the night in desert) and leave the other luggage in the hotel. Afterwards, we will ride the camels on an adventure crossing the Erg Chebbi sand dunes. This is a golden opportunity to take great pictures of the sunset and sunrise. The time we reach the camp, we will walk on feet to the highest sand dunes for sand boarding and to watch the sunset. We will spend, or stay up, the night in a camp (Berber nomad tents) with drumming music in the middle of the Sahara.

DAY 3 : Merzouga - Ziz valley - Ifrane - Fes

Our team will wake up early morning to enjoy the sunrise on the top of the dune in the Sahara desert and you take your breakfast. After these joyful moments, you will ride your camel back to the hotel where you can shower. You will depart to Errachidia via Erfoud, Aoufous and the valley of Ziz then stopping for overlook of the oasis of Aoufous in the Tafilalte region. We Continue to Midelt across the pass of Tizi Ntalghamt and have lunch break. And directly after lunch you will be driven to Fes (the medieval city) through the Cedar forest near Azrou and the mountain of the middle Atlas with the possibility to see the Barbary apes (monkies). You may have a stop in Ifrane before arriving to Fes. Drop off in Fes. And not forget to wish you a safe travels and some great moments spent with us throughout your life.

3 days Marrakech to Fes through Merzouga Camel Desert Tours, an experienced Camel Guide, to explore within the mysterious sand-sea of the Erg-Chebbi.

DAY1: MARRAKECH - AIT BEN HADDOU - DADES GORGE :

With a start in Marrakech well drive to Ouarzazate through the dramatic Tizi n Tichka pass (2260m), over the High Atlas Mountains, appreciating the beauty of the landscape on the twisted roads through the Berber villages. Arriving at the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, the largest Kasbah in Morocco, now a UNESCO matrimonial historical site and house of many Glaoui family members, well take lunch by the Kasbah before continuing to Dades Gorge via Ouarzazate, the Hollywood of Africa, along the Road of the thousand Kasbahs- the fascinating sand castles. Stopping at Kalaat Mgouna, the roses city known for roses and its annual festival during the roses harvest in May well then continue to our hotel in the heart of the Dades Gorge. Overnight in our Hotel/Riad.

DAY 2: DADES GORGE - TODRA GORGE - MERZOUGA :

After breakfast in the hotel, well drive back through the valley to see the amazing rock formation known as the monkey toes and the still-standing 19th century Kasbah of Ait Yul. Leaving the Dades valley towards Tinrghir and the Todra valley youll see panoramic views of the old mud Berber villages overlooking the valley. Arriving at the Gorge is an opportunity to walk under the 300m high red cliff, where many rock-climbers come to enjoy their preferred sport. Continuing on to Erfoud and Rissani where well have lunch before heading onto the village of Merzouga - where your camel will be awaiting you. You will be welcomed with a glass of mint tea and a turban (desert scarf) before you mount your camel, guided by an experienced Camel Guide, to explore within the mysterious sand-sea of the Erg-Chebbi. Here youll spend your first night under the stars, or if you prefer, in a traditional Berber nomad tent (an unforgettable night).

DAY 3: MERZOUGA - ZIZ VALLEY - IFRANE - FES :

Your camel guide will wake you up early in the morning to watch what well may be the best sunrise of your life. Afterwards, youll peacefully camel-trek back to your Riad appreciating the unique beauty of the spectacular Erg Chebbi dunes - changing with the light as the day progresses. After breakfast in the local guest house well travel to Fes via Errachidia along the magnificent Ziz Gorges carved through volcanic rock, and through the Tizi Ntalghamt pass to Midelt, stopping in Zaida to enjoy a barbecue and refresh with a glass of mint tea before continuing to Azrou, a Berber village in the Middle Atlas Mountains, where well stop to see the Barbarian apes in the cedar forest. Then its on to Ifrane the French village, stopping for a picture or a drink before arriving at your accommodation in Fes where the tour ends.

Day 1 : Marrakesh - High Atlas - Telouat Kasbah - Ait Ben Haddou - Ounila Valley - Ouarzazate

Your desert trip start from the door of your Hotel and depart to Ouarzazate going through the High Atlas mountains. In our way, we'll enjoy:

Day 2 : Ouarzazate - Draa Valley - Merzouga Desert - Camel ride and night in the Berber tent

After breakfast we'll depart towards:

• Draa Valley where you can see one of the longest rivers in Morocco.
• Make some stops to take pictures and enjoy the view of the spectacular Kasbahs and Berber villages that dot the road as well as the beauties of the Draa valley.
• You'll have some free time for lunch in Nkob or Alnif.
• We'll reach the wonderful Merzouga dunes. Desert of powdery sand dunes.
• We'll change there our motorized transportation for one of animal traction to go inside the heart of the the desert.
• When we reach the desert camp, we accommodate comfortable tents.
• Music around Campfire by staff after dinner.
• Dinner and night in the Berber tent under a beautiful starry sky.

Day 3: Merzouga Desert - Rissani Market - Erfoud Fossils - Todra Gorges - Dadés Valley

Date with the sunrise If you are In the middle of the desert, waking up early is a must do to contemplate the most spectacular sunrise you've ever seen at the top of a dune close to the camp and enjoy this landscape that is a gift of nature Then we return to the Camp for breakfast then we go to:

Rissani where we`ll visit the market place (market days: Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday),

We continue then to Erfoud where we can visit the manufactures of fossilized marble.

2hours-30mins later we'll reach Todra Gorges. The course of the river has carved out cliff-sided canyon and it's because of its beauty and the high rock sides that's very popular among climbers.

A short walk through the gorges is very advisable to better appreciate the beauty of the landscape.

Last stop in Dades valley, also known as the figs valley going through Boumalne Dades we`ll stop for views and at the monkey legs.

Arrive your Hotel in Dades Valley to relax and overnight that includes dinner & breakfast.

Day 4 : Dades Valley - Roses Valley - High Atlas Mountains - Marrakesh

After breakfast in Hotel, from there we can:

• Appreciate the great number of kasbahs and the scenic characteristics of each one.
• Then we continue by a road dot with different kasbahs of touristic interest.
• We`ll get to Ouarzazate to visit the Kasbah of Taourirt, old residence of the Glaoui or Marrakesh pasha. And if you are interested we can visit the cinema studios or the cinema museum.
• Start our way back to Marrakech going through the mountain port of Tizi Ntichka with some stops to take pictures.
• Here we leave back the moon landscape to reach another view full of colors.
• We`ll get to Marrakech late afternoon or ealry evening, take you to your hotel and end of our services.

5 Days Morocco Desert Trip ( Marrakech - Sahara Desert)

Day 1 : Marrakech Airport

Arrival in Marrakech airport our driver/guide will meet you, then escort you to your Riad (depending on time of arrival). Dinner and stay overnight at the Riad /hotel.

Day 2 : Marrakech - Tizi -n-Tichka - Ait Benhaddou - Ouarzazate - Dades Valley/Gorges:

After breakfast , we will drive to Ouarzazate which is a former caravan city on salt and silk route in the eastern foothills side of the Atlas Mountains. Ouarzazate is additionally the Gateway to the Sahara. Travel through the sensational and awesome landscape of the High Atlas Mountains. Glimpse the Adobe berber village of Taddert and over the 2260 meters high Tizi-in-Tichka pass. We stop at the renowned Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, 30 kilometers far from Ouarzazate. In fact this kasbah is a most intriguing red earth castle dwelling in the ancient road of the Kasbahs, also its a UNESCO world heritage site. Your lunch will be by the Kasbah and after that keep on dades Gorge passing first by Ouarzazate. the Hollywood of Africa, afterwards through the Street of the thousand Kasbahs. It is a fascinating path full of beautiful sand castles. Afterward continue on the journey and stop at Kalaat Mgouna, the roses city which is famous for its roses and the annual festival during the harvest time in May. Day 3 : Dades Valley - Tenghir - Todra Gorges - Tinjdad - Erfoud - Merzouga:

Todays point is to reach to Merzouga desert that is known for its highest dunes in North Africa. THE DESERT! is named the Erg Chebbi Sahara desert which is about 5 km wide and 20 km long. In fact its a unique, multifaceted environment. So today on our tour we will have the opportunity to see and explore many oases like the oasis of Tinjdad. Afterwards continue your trip through the small Berber towns of Touroug and Mellab. After arriving to Erfoud we will have our lunch, then we continue our Sahara Tours Marrakech, immersing in the green oasis and the lovely palm trees of Ziz valley-Tafilalet, and the black Hamada village until arriving at Merzouga village. Furthermore in the heart of the desert you will spend your night beneath the stars, or in a traditional Berber nomad tent as you prefer. (an unforgettable night).

Day 4 : Merzouga - Rissani - Alnif - Tazarine - Nkoub - Draa Valley - Agdez - Ouarzazate:

After breakfast, You will have 1 hour ATV quads then we will leave for Rissani which was in the past Sijilmassa, and also the establishment of the dynasty of Alaouite, the present governing family in Morocco. Youll see the majority of the men hooded and ladies veiled, which makes it an extremely conventional Moroccan town. Then we drive towards Agdez, via Alnif and Tazarine, and we get to the picturesque Draa Valley situated on the edge of the Atlas Mountains, and in which youll find hundreds of Berber Kasbahs. Finally pass through Agdez and finish your journey in Ouarzazate.

Day 5 : Ouarzazate - High Atlas - Marrakech Airport :

After breakfast you will cross the unique Tizi -in-Tichka pass over the High Atlas Mountains. This breathtaking range has snow on its peaks most of the year, and youll appreciate the beauty of the endless landscapes on the curving roads through the Berber villages. Then to Marrakech Airport where the tour ends. Included on the 5 days Tour:
